Collecting gems from another era for my characters to hold.

So nice to connect with you. I am excited to launch my first novel and to share it with readers. I am thrilled you are here!

This blog will serve as a place to share the extras that wouldn't fit into the novels I am working on. I confess...I'm an obsessive researcher and a digital hoarder. My curiosity takes me on elaborate searches for the specific items and minute details that my characters would have seen, touched and experienced. All that material helps me shape their fictional lives, and then, they move on to their next moment of peril or accomplishment.

The bulky research findings sit in digital heaps, ignored. These details are truly fascinating to me, so maybe my readers might appreciate them too? It's a shame to let all those gems of historical context just languish in the dark past.

For now, this blog will serve as a little museum of props that had only a brief moment in the story, but deserve a little more time in the spotlight, independent of the novel they embellished.
